2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- If an Event Organizer cancels an event, all attendees will receive a full refund of their RSVP fees.
- If payments were made in error or charged incorrectly, with proof!
Refunds are not provided for:
- If there is a change of mind after a successful payment for RSVP Partial event attendance.
- Failure to adhere to event policies or terms of service.
Partial refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- If an attendee cancels their RSVP 3 days before the event starts, they will receive a partial refund of their RSVP fee.
3. Refund Process
All refunds either full or partial are made automatically by the system. Refunds will be processed through the platform's wallet system within 7 business days.
